Following a recent update to the DW Cloud service, users have reported an issue where the DW Cloud Portal will not populate DW Cloud-connected systems.

Recommended Solution: Clear the cache from your web browser, then close and re-open the browser.

Some DW Spectrum Systems may experience intermittent connection loss with DW Cloud. Issue possibly related to to token bearing authorization issues, 2FA or other authentication related impediments. 

• Some systems may experience intermittent disconnection with DW Cloud and require administrators to re-enter their login credentials to reconnect servers with the DW Cloud service.
• Recording management and operation is unaffected
• Recommended Solution: Apply hotfix build 36529 as needed

DW Cloud email verifications are not being received by Microsoft-reliant email services such as Outlook, Office 365, and Hotmail.

This issue is occurring primarily between services that use AWS servers and Microsoft, but not DW Cloud specifically. use of other email services (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) appear to be unaffected and remain functional.

• Prevents DW Cloud verification emails from being received by Microsoft email service-reliant customers
• Recommended solution:  Use a different email server (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) for new DW Cloud accounts until AWS and Microsoft can address the issue
